These regulations (hereinafter: “Regulations“) define the terms of use of the ostoyavodka.com website (hereinafter: “Website“).

Please be advised that using the Website means concluding a contract for the provision of electronic services, the complete and exclusive content of which is these Regulations. Wyborowa Pernod Ricard is a service provider within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

Please read the Regulations carefully. If you do not agree with any of its provisions, please leave the Site and do not use it.

 

1. General provisions

You must be of legal age (over 18) to use the Site. In order to verify your age, you are asked to provide your date of birth before using the site.

The purpose of the Website is to provide the following electronic services: to enable adult users to get acquainted with information about the Company, the services it offers (e.g. training), products, as well as the brands and products of Wyborowa Pernod Ricard and the Pernod Ricard Group, distributed in Poland. The content on the Website is for information purposes only.

Wyborowa Pernod Ricard informs that some services available on the Website may be provided by third parties.

No information on the Website constitutes an offer for the sale of products presented on it within the meaning of the Civil Code and may not constitute the basis for formulating claims for the conclusion of a sales contract.

The Regulations are available to users on the Website free of charge throughout its existence.

In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. This Website is directed to users residing in Poland. If the Website is used by a user from a country other than Poland, they should also comply with the applicable local laws.

The Site (as a collective work or compilation), domain name, trademarks as well as its elements such as architecture, presentation, graphic standards and all elements contained on the Site, as well as all materials (texts, graphs, graphics, logos, labels, drawings, designs, images, etc.) published on the Website are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights in accordance with the provisions of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights, international conventions and other provisions on copyright (hereinafter referred to as “Protected Elements “). Wyborowa is the owner or authorized user of the Protected Items.

In particular, the User undertakes not to:

  • in any way multiplied, copied, modified, created studies, combined, reproduced, distributed, presented, showed, disseminated, publicly reproduced, transferred, transmitted, published, sold, assigned, sublicensed, transferred, made available to a third party, marketed all or part of the Protected Items,
  • modify, change all or part of the Protected Items, in particular, to gain unauthorized access to the Site and use the Site by any means other than the interface connecting to the user space, provided for this purpose through the Site. If you believe that any material infringing intellectual property rights is available on the Site, please notify the Company immediately.

 

3. Threats related to the provision of electronic services

The Company warns that the use of services provided electronically is associated with certain risks, which cannot be completely eliminated. For example, the possibility of receiving spam, the possibility of exposure to harmful and unwanted spyware, malware (including, among others, wabbit, Trojan, backdoor, exploit, rootkit, keylogger, dialer, hoax), viruses, the possibility of exposure to the so-called cracking and phishing (i.e. obtaining confidential information) and the so-called sniffing (interception of confidential information), threats related to the so-called piracy, the possibility of exposure to illegal software, exposure to the activities of the so-called cryptanalysis.

Wyborowa Pernod Ricard takes steps to minimize the above risks in the form of server and Website security. However, we warn you that due to the openness of communication on the Internet, it is impossible to completely eliminate threats. Within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the complaint, we will inform you about its results.

 

10. Technical requirements necessary to use the Website

11. Amendments to the Regulations
